Fly Money Universe is an online platform for music, fashion, literature and culture. It provides a marketplace for artists, authors and creators to sell their work directly to a global audience, with revenue sharing as described in these Terms.

By accessing or using www.flymoneyuniverse.com — whether as a visitor, buyer, registered artist or registered author — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access certain features — including artist or author dashboards, purchasing products, and managing a profile — you must create an account via our Manus OAuth login system. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Artists and authors may register on the platform under one of two membership tiers:

Revenue splits are calculated and separated automatically by the platform before any cashout is processed. The platform's percentage is ring-fenced at the point of sale. Artists and authors may only withdraw their net share.

Pro membership is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Artists and authors are responsible for the accuracy of all product listings they upload, including titles, descriptions, prices, images and availability. Fly Money Music C.I.C. reserves the right to remove any listing that:

• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains false, misleading or offensive content.
• Violates applicable law or platform guidelines.

All prices displayed on the platform are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Fly Money Music C.I.C. reserves the right to adjust platform-managed prices at any time.

All transactions on Fly Money Universe are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Fly Money Music C.I.C. does not store your card details. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Upon successful payment you will receive a confirmation. For digital products (music downloads, e-books), delivery is immediate and electronic. For physical products (clothing, physical books), delivery timescales are stated at the point of purchase.

Our full Return & Refund Policy — covering clothing, music and books separately — is available at www.flymoneyuniverse.com/returns.

Key points: physical clothing and books may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Digital downloads and e-books are non-refundable once accessed, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)).

All content on Fly Money Universe — including but not limited to the Fly Money logo, brand assets, website design, editorial content and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of Fly Money Music C.I.C. and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

Artists and authors retain full ownership of the creative works they upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Fly Money Music C.I.C. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, promote and distribute your work solely for the purpose of operating the platform and marketing your products to buyers.

You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on this platform, contact us at [email protected].

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload, post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful or discriminatory.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the platform's revenue-sharing or payment systems.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites (including social media platforms, streaming services and payment processors). These links are provided for convenience only. Fly Money Music C.I.C. has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Money Music C.I.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). By using the platform you consent to such processing. We use your data to operate the platform, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account and purchases.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. For data requests or deletion enquiries, contact [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine it is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any outstanding earnings will be paid out subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
